Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team at TalentMinded Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic company that values innovation and growth.

About the Role

The Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for preparing and consolidating financial statements, analyzing cash flow, reconciling accounts, and contributing to audits and regulatory reporting. This is a hybrid role that requires a critical thinker with general accounting experience to bring fresh ideas on automation and processes to the table.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain precise accounting records, execute monthly close procedures, and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP, consolidation of P&L, and Balance Sheet flux analysis.
  • Analyze financial trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, and prepare financial analysis.
  • Continuously improve accounting and reporting processes, analyze current automation, and present improvement suggestions.
  • Collaborate with Finance and across teams, take on reporting projects for private equity owners, and uphold company standards when working with business partners.
Requirements
  • CPA designation combined with general accounting experience, including month-end closings, account reconciliations, and balancing journal and general ledgers.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new technologies.
  • Highly meticulous and deadline-oriented, able to prioritize work and balance multiple projects.
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within and across teams.
What to Expect

A 30-minute virtual interview with a Talent Advisor to discuss your interest in the role and learn more about the organization.
