About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Elevator Service Technician to join our team at Garaventa Lift. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accessibility products, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial and residential accessibility lifts
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with lift systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Minimum Class 5 license with clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to read layout drawings and electrical schematics
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Previous experience or apprenticeship training in the elevator, millwright, or electrical trades is an asset
