Seasonal Sales Associate

About the Role
We're seeking a Seasonal Cashier to join our team at Crate and Barrel. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cashwrap and surrounding areas
- Assist with visual merchandising, including restocking shelves and maintaining display fixtures
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience
Requirements
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
