Job Responsibilities

As a Mathnasium instructor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching math to students in a group setting
  • Assessing student progress and adjusting instruction accordingly
  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Staying up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in math education
Qualifications

To be successful as a Mathnasium instructor, you'll need:

  • A passion for math and teaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to student learning and success
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
