The Purchasing Agent, Trims is responsible for procuring high-quality trims and accessories to meet the production needs of our garments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with vendors to source trims and accessories that meet our quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and factories to ensure timely delivery of trims and accessories.
  • Negotiate product quality, quantity, landed cost, and delivery with vendors.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in the fashion industry with buying responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of trims and accessories is a major asset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bilingual (English and French) written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel (filters, simple formulas, etc.).
