Job Title: Enterprise Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, virtualization, and security.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all enterprise network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, wireless, Cloud, and data center networking.
  • Maintain network and systems security controls, including encryption and authentication standards, access controls, anti-malware services, and updating critical services and equipment with recent and secure versions of software.
  • Direct Microsoft and VMWare based virtualization infrastructure, including management of compute/storage/networking resources, high availability configurations such as fail-over, clustering, and server provisioning.
  • Manage physical data center and Cloud resources, including servers, chassis, cabling, and network equipment.
  • Maintain other critical infrastructure services, including active directory services, DNS, file services, and backups.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data Processing or equivalent work experience in a computer operations or computer networking position.
  • 5+ years' experience in network and system infrastructure administration in a medium-size business environment.
  • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting virtualized infrastructure based on Hyper-V and VMWare.
