Poste d'analyste financier

Nous recherchons un analyste financier expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe de planification et d'analyse à CCM Hockey. En tant qu'analyste financier, vous serez chargé de fournir des analyses financières précises et de contribuer à l'élaboration de stratégies financières pour soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités
  • Produire des états financiers mensuels et analyser les résultats de l'entreprise.
  • Soutenir l'équipe de planification et d'analyse dans la préparation du budget annuel et du processus de prévision périodique.
  • Fournir des orientations et des hypothèses claires aux partenaires commerciaux pour les aider à élaborer les prévisions.
  • Analyser et remettre en question les projections des partenaires commerciaux pour promouvoir une attention constante à l'efficacité et aux économies de coûts.
  • Soutenir la planification des prix, des remises et des coûts.
  • Utiliser les outils de BI pour stimuler l'analyse commerciale et la réflexion sur le plan d'affaires.
  • Veiller à la qualité des données et à l'alignement des systèmes.
Qualifications
  • Diplôme en comptabilité ou en finance.
  • Minimum de 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle d'analyse d'affaires.
  • Expérience dans l'industrie manufacturière un atout.
  • Très bonnes compétences analytiques et gestion d'un grand volume de données.
  • Très bonne compréhension des états financiers.
  • Excellente compréhension des rapports financiers et des tableaux de bord.
  • Doit avoir le sens aigu des affaires.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de leadership.
  • Compétences interpersonnelles efficaces et aptitudes à établir des relations.
