At Fairstone Bank, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Toronto branch to success. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive branch profitability and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve operational and customer experience goals
  • Implement effective people strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent
  • Drive accountability and coaching to ensure team members meet expectations
  • Lead change initiatives and ensure seamless communication to team members
  • Ensure high employee engagement and develop individual development plans
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to company policies
  • Represent Fairstone Bank in local communities and promote a positive company image

Requirements:

  • College diploma preferred (BS/BA with coursework in Business)
  • Three to five years of directly related work experience in finance industry sales (consumer finance industry preferred) or three to five years of previous management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills
  • Strong communication skills to communicate with all levels of employees, managers, and customers
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
