At Galito's Chicken, we are seeking an experienced Senior Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and excellent customer service.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Kitchen Manager at Galito's Chicken, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Train staff on new procedures, sanitation practices, and equipment usage
- Monitor and control food costs, waste reduction, and labor expenses
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance
To be successful as a Senior Kitchen Manager at Galito's Chicken, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent qualification
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, food cost control, and labor laws
