About the Role

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, using your developed sales skills to help customers find the perfect fit, and contributing to achieving business goals. You will work as part of a team to ensure the store is a welcoming environment for everyone.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring every customer receives outstanding customer service by following our customer service program
  • Increasing customer loyalty by introducing our loyalty program to all customers
  • Promoting the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values
  • Performing point of sales transactions and merchandising tasks
  • Supporting coworkers by sharing knowledge, helping to complete tasks, and assisting in customer interactions
  • Maintaining a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
  • Securing company assets through strong loss prevention awareness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Friendly and personable communication skills with excellent customer service skills
  • An interest in fashion and an eye for style
  • A commitment to teamwork and the ability to apply our philosophy that 'none of us is as good as all of us'
  • The ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
  • Flexible availability to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
