Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Tripzi Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of our reservations staff, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of reservations staff, ensuring timely and accurate processing of guest requests.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operations and high-quality guest experiences.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions to operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Basic security clearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to relocate.
