Job Description:

This role is an exciting opportunity for a talented Civil CAD Technologist to join our team at Associated Engineering. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions for civil infrastructure projects.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil CAD Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in AutoDesk Civil 3D and other CADD-based civil design software, as well as excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement detailed designs for civil infrastructure projects using AutoDesk Civil 3D and other CADD-based software
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related field from an accredited post-secondary institution
  • 1-2 years minimum experience in the drafting of civil infrastructure projects, gained in an engineering workplace setting
  • Proven ability in the use of AutoDesk Civil 3D and other CADD-based civil design software
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary:

The salary for this role is approximately $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
