We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Lawyer to join our team at Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors LLP.
About the Role:The Compliance Lawyer will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to our clients in accordance with our firm's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on compliance matters
- Assist in the development and implementation of firm-wide policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate potential risks
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulatory requirements
