CNC Machining Technician

At HQ INDUSTRIES, we seek a skilled CNC Machining Technician to join our team. If you have experience with computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools, a strong understanding of metal machining processes, and excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this role.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Operate and set up CNC machines to perform repetitive machining operations
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
  • Enter codes specifying speed, feed, and cut of the toolpath for CNC machines
  • Clean and maintain the work space


Requirements:


  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Up to 3 years of experience in metal machining or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a custom machine shop environment
