About Our Organization:
- We are a leading mental health non-profit organization in Canada, providing innovative housing and community-based rehabilitation services for people with mental illness living in and around Vancouver
- We operate in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, providing over 1000 people with supportive housing and 4000 clients living in the community with a wide variety of programs and services
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to clients, including psychiatric assessment, pharmacotherapy, and crisis intervention
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Share information and collaborate with the team to provide input into the development and maintenance of program services
Requirements:
- Graduation from an approved school of Nursing with current practicing membership with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- At least three years of recent related experience in mental health and addiction, either in a hospital or community setting
- Able to obtain a valid First Aid Certificate and a valid Class 5 B.C. Driver's License
