Liquor Store Manager

Alpha Liquor Discount Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales staff to meet the needs of our customers.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments and manage cash handling procedures to maintain a secure and accurate financial environment.
- Order Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality liquor products to meet customer demand and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal store operations.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee and direct the activities of sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom operations to ensure efficient product flow.
- Client Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service to build loyalty and drive sales.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Organized: Manage multiple tasks and priorities to ensure efficient store operations and meet business objectives.
