About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Taxi Operator to join our team at A City Limos Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the vehicle to ensure a safe and comfortable ride for passengers.
  • Pick up passengers and transport them to their desired destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist passengers with luggage and provide assistance as needed.
  • Collect fares and process transactions accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle any complaints or difficult situations professionally.
  • Drive company representatives to and from destinations as required.
Requirements
  • Municipal taxi driver permit
  • Provincial or Territorial Commercial Vehicle licence (Class 4 or E)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 32 hours per week. The work language is English.
