Vos responsabilités principales seront:

Description du poste

  1. Proposer une spécialité bouchère et assurer le service à l'assiette (découpe et dressage) au buffet en personnalisant la relation client
  2. Gérer les commandes et les stocks de votre activité
  3. Vérifier la mise en place, la mise en valeur et le réassortiment des buffets (600 à 1000 couverts par service)
  4. Garantir la qualité des prestations, le respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité Club Med ainsi que l'entretien du patrimoine

Mises en avant

Vous bénéficierez d'être payé à temps plein avec un salaire compétitif estimé à environ 50 000 euros annuels, ainsi que d'une assurance médicale incluses.
