Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice to guests
  • Generating sales through effective visual merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement
  • Supporting the store management team to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance
  • Ensuring excellent customer service standards are met at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum age requirement of 17 years old
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
