We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Alberta Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Prepare and post journal entries, as well as maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
- Develop and prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- Prepare tax returns and reconcile accounts.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong organizational and reliability skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
35 hours per week, permanent position.
English is the primary language of communication.
