We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Home & Community Support Services Inc. in Grand Falls-Windsor. This is a full-time position that requires 37.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all areas of operations are completed efficiently and promptly.
- Client Care Services: Provide client care services, including client referrals, monthly meetings, client caseload management, supervisory home visits, and phone calls.
- Patient Safety: Ensure that information for patient safety is given to new hires, included in the Patient Safety Training Course, Employee Handbook, and Orientation Package.
- Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks, such as updating the seniority list, filing, preparing monthly reports, sending greeting cards, conducting employee appraisals, and updating client/employee software.
- Travel and Training: Travel within the region, attend seminars and training sessions, and participate in professional development opportunities.
- On-Call: Be available for on-call duties, including responding to the agency's emergency line.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Conduct interviews, manage the hiring/orientation process, and schedule employees and clients.
- Time-Off and Overtime: Track time-off requests and overtime for employees.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word, and the ability to use internal software. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are also required. The salary for this position is $20.00 per hour, with medical and dental benefits.
