Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Archer Developer to lead the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. As a key member of our team, you will apply your extensive knowledge and skills to perform complex assignments and drive the development of the Archer Platform.

What is the Opportunity?

The Archer Platform Technology team is looking for a seasoned professional who is passionate about leading the design, development, and enhancement of the Archer Platform to support our business stakeholders across the bank. This opportunity will offer a senior role within the team to perform analysis, document design requirements, carry out configurations, and support the test of system and software deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and execute unit tests spanning system, integration, and acceptance testing within the Archer application.
  • Conduct analyses of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of relevant Governance, Risk, and Compliance standards and procedures related to your initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project delivery team.
  • Prepare high-level and detailed technical specifications, user stories for medium to large projects in accordance with the Agile framework, security, and architecture documentation objectives.
  • Implement complex workflows, integrations, business rules, and data structures in the application.
  • Develop detailed plans and accurate estimations for completion of build, system testing, and implementation phases of projects.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Archer development experience.
  • Project delivery experience on GRC projects, specifically Regulatory Compliance, Operational Risk, IT Risk, Disaster Recovery, Supplier Risk, and Privacy Risk.
  • SDLC process and Agile project methodology experience.
  • Knowledge of IT Standards, Methodologies, and Audit requirements.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of workflow design and application development techniques.
