Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of shop technicians and support staff
  • Prepare and manage production reports and schedules
  • Recruit, train, and develop shop staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage shop inventory and supplies
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. The shop is open 35 hours per week, and the candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
