About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Seating Residents: Provide a professional and courteous greeting to residents and guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  • Food Service and Sanitation: Handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Service and Bussing: Pour beverages, provide service, and bus tables as needed, ensuring prompt and courteous dining service.
  • Seating Flow and Dining Room Management: Monitor seating flow, dining room services, and food availability to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Provide outstanding service to residents, guests, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for prior experience in fine dining hospitality or senior living.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and make sound decisions.
