Job Overview

This role is for an experienced Electrician to join our team in Brampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various machinery types as required and scheduled.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on diverse machinery types according to schedules and requirements.
  2. Record and report maintenance/repair data/information accurately and appropriately.
  3. Adhere to QEMS policies, procedures, and work instructions relevant to this role.
  4. Provide guidance and support to Electrical Apprentices as assigned.
  5. Conduct other duties reasonably required and assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician recognized by relevant authorities.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc robots and PLC systems (Allen Bradley or Siemens) is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic functions.
  • Experience with CNC milling machines and mechanical presses.
  • Training in Network or Panelview systems is beneficial.
  • Understanding of electrical codes and safety protocols.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range estimated at $65,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include exposure to heat/cold, confined, or high places, rotating shift work, and overtime as required.
