Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a part-time Teacher-Tutor to join our team in Montreal, QC.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to work with students in French, Math, and Science subjects. As a Teacher-Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and support to students in a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver interactive and engaging lessons to students in French, Math, and Science subjects
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in education
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., Education, French, Math, Science)
  • Teaching certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of the current Kindergarten to Grade 11 curriculum in French, Math, and Science
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
