We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a cleaning person for a small apartment building. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all common areas and resident apartments
- Restock supplies and materials as needed
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the superintendent
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
