About You:

  • You must have prior experience as a shift leader or supervisor in a retail environment, with at least 1-2 years of experience.
  • You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing staff through positive coaching and feedback.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • A post-secondary education in a related field would be considered an asset.
  • You must be familiar with POS systems and MS Office suite.
