Pharmacy Technician Continuing Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Registered Pharmacy Technician Continuing Care to join our team at Lawtons. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, process, and compound prescriptions, including receiving and transcribing verbal prescriptions from practitioners.
- Ensure prescriptions are complete and authentic, and provide injections/vaccinations as applicable by regulations in certain jurisdictions.
- Transfer prescriptions to and receive prescriptions from other pharmacies, ensuring the accuracy of prepared prescriptions.
- Conduct the final check of prepared prescriptions and confirm the accuracy of drug and personal health information in patient records.
Requirements:
- Completion of the Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
