Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Operations Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that all cleaning staff are properly trained and supervised, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Inspect the facility regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as required, such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Our car wash facility is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team of cleaning staff to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service. You will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
