Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Mosaic Artisan, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial, and earn a competitive salary.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Mosaic Artisan to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing tile strips, laying and setting mosaic tiles, and working on decorative wall, mural, and floor designs. You'll also need to cut, surface, polish, and install marble and granite.
As a Mosaic Artisan, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment, and you'll need to be physically fit to handle the demands of the job. You'll also need to be detail-oriented and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in tile installation or a related field
You'll be working in various locations, and you'll need to be comfortable with dusty environments and odours. You'll also need to be able to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
Physical CapabilitiesThis role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work long hours. You'll also need to be able to bend, crouch, and kneel regularly.
Tools and EquipmentAs a Mosaic Artisan, you'll be required to provide your own tools and equipment, including safety gear and a hard hat.
