About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Specialist to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized vehicle recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive ownership experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on all products, including features, specifications, prices, colors, options, and standard equipment.
  • Participate in product training and stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the dealership.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as service and parts, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Follow all dealership processes and procedures to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Valid VSA MDC License.
  • Valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records using computerized systems.
