About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Venetian blind installer to join our team at A Shade Better. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional installation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Installation and Measurement: Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accurate and precise measurements.
  • Documentation and Administration: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, as well as document and prepare invoices and work orders.
  • Tool Utilization: Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations efficiently and effectively.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
