Requirements
  • At least 15 years of relevant work experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful entrepreneurship and leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in working in venture capital and investing in startups.
  • Expertise in startup valuation and evaluating startups.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding startups.
  • Ability to manage and grow business operations effectively.
  • Strong understanding of market research, business plans, financial projections, and growth identification.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and business development goals.
  • Track record and proven success working in incubators or accelerators and investing in startups.
  • Demonstrated track record of raising funds for startups.
  • Experience in leading the growth of small businesses.
