Automotive Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at our Automotive Shop in Delta. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, managing phone calls, greeting clients, handling invoices, and processing payments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and handle customer inquiries
- Create and manage invoices accurately
- Process customer payments, including cash, credit/debit, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and basic invoicing software
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer-focused attitude
