Rafat General Contractor Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Trades Assistant to join our team. As a Construction Trades Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting skilled tradespersons with various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist skilled tradespersons with construction tasks
  • Load and unload construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and other equipment
  • Mix and pour concrete and other materials
  • Perform other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
