Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process inefficiencies.

- Design and implement lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Process Engineering team to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and robotics applications, as well as proficiency in design software packages.
