Job Summary

10053663 Canada Inc is seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team in landscape maintenance. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, and performing various tasks related to lawn and garden maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Tie and secure plants, trees, and other landscape features.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Rake and collect refuse, including leaves and other debris.
  • Remove litter and garbage from the work site.
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees in designated areas.
  • Apply fertilizers and other chemicals to maintain healthy plant growth.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscape maintenance tools.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other machinery.
  • Remove trees and other vegetation as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and hours.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Work at heights, including climbing ladders and working on scaffolding.
  • Work in hot temperatures, including during the summer months.
