Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
• Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as per project requirements.
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as directed by supervisors or project managers.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery used in construction operations.
• Remove rubble, debris, and other hazardous materials from construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery with proper training and certification.

Work Environment:

• The construction site environment can be physically demanding and requires adherence to safety protocols at all times.
