About the Role

Netsweeper Inc. is a leading provider of application and Internet content classification solutions. As a Network Engineer, you will be part of a team that builds impactful technology to secure and protect online user presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, maintain, administer, and support internal IT infrastructure, including network, hardware, and end-user systems and software.
  • Test, design, and implement new cloud-based services, onboard customers onto the cloud platform, and perform day-to-day maintenance and support of cloud services.
  • Assist in network design and implementation, providing network support with various operating systems, installing and configuring computer network equipment, and maintaining network connectivity.
  • Oversee local area network and wide area network, provide network support to users, develop and monitor policies for network resource use, and monitor network performance.
  • Develop technical support documentation, oversee digital security, and use security tools to protect the network from threats.
  • Manage virtual infrastructure, build and operate cloud infrastructure, platform, and services, and configure and monitor monitoring systems.
  • Manage Linux-based firewalls and be available for rotational on-call shifts.
