We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Artistic Director to join our team at Ubisoft. As a key member of our visual design team, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and artistic direction of our games.
Key Responsibilities- Artistic Leadership: Define and implement the artistic style and vision for our games, ensuring consistency and quality across all visual elements.
- Concept Development: Create and propose innovative and creative concepts that support the game's positioning and vision, working closely with artists and designers across production teams.
- Project Management: Communicate expectations to production teams, ensure quality and content of visual elements, and validate finished work to ensure alignment with the game's vision.
- Collaboration: Work directly with project directors and artists to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication across teams.
- Documentation: Produce documents such as GAP (Game Artistic Personality), briefs, and style guides to support the creative process.
- 10+ years of experience in UI, visual design, branding, or art direction, preferably in the video game industry.
- Strong understanding of art fundamentals and artistic culture.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and 3D software.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
- A portfolio of your best work, showcasing your creative vision and artistic direction.
