Our Glendora & Ontario locations are seeking Tax/Audit Associates who share our commitment to accountability, initiative, and honesty. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain experience, exposure, and knowledge of procedures, workpapers, and systems.
Job Summary
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our tax audit team as Tax Audit Professionals. This role involves preparing individual, corporate, partnership, and other types of tax returns, performing audit, review, compilation, and other assurance services. You will also support multiple client engagements on time and within budget, identifying issues and communicating progress.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct audits, reviews, compilations, and other assurance services to provide high-quality results.
- Gather and analyze data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to expand industry knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required – Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
- Eligible to sit for the CPA exam per state requirements.
- General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
- Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
Compensation and Benefits

For this role, the estimated salary range is $44,000 - $69,000 per year, depending on location, experience, education, skills, and knowledge.
