Job Title: Head Chef Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef Team Leader to join our team at Alberta Ltd. O/A Khazana Restaurant and Khazana Indian express.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality food standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and train staff, and ensure seamless day-to-day kitchen operations.

About You:
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess a deep understanding of menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen safety.
  • You are a natural leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $ $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and exceptional food quality.
  • SUPERVISE AND TRAIN kitchen staff, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Develop and implement menu plans, specials, and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Liaise with suppliers, negotiate prices, and manage relationships to secure the best possible deals.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a head chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Degree or certification in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and high standards of quality control.
