We are seeking a highly skilled External Communications Manager to join our team at McDonald's Canada. Key Responsibilities- Develop and Lead Proactive Communication Strategies: Create and implement integrated external communication strategies that drive positive awareness of the McDonald's brand.

- Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree or postgraduate certificate in a communications-related field, with a minimum of 6+ years' experience in communications with a focus on external communications.
- Media Relations Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the fast-paced media landscape, including a strong understanding of the influence of social media and digital platforms.
- Project Management Skills: Well-organized, with strong project management skills, ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Language Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, combined with an in-depth understanding of public relations principles and practices.
