Job Summary:

The Head Cashier will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling operations of our retail store, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, reliability, dependability, and ability to multitask.
Work Environment:
