About the Role

The ServiceNow Solutions Architect will be a key member of the Service Management Tools team, responsible for designing the overall application and mapping client business requirements to systems/technical requirements. The Solution Architect will work as a team member with the Project Manager, Technical Architects, and supporting team members to deliver a complete solution for the customer.

  • Participate in process flow analysis and redesign
  • Provide architecture and technical direction for design and implementation
  • Perform custom or OOTB demonstrations as required
  • Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices
  • Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
  • Collaborate with other Technical Architects to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
  • Participate and provide inputs to effort estimates
  • Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a Self-motivated individual with a proven track record in ServiceNow technologies, comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Key skills include:

  • Organized and analytical with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Broad experiences with a wide range of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, IRM, and SecOps)
  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
  • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture, and experience managing expectations and priorities
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in professional services or customer support operations
  • 3-6 years of ServiceNow systems integration and/or implementation experience
  • Proven Solutions consulting experience
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with varying complexity
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to simplify complex solutions

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
