Job Title: Business Analyst - Client Success

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst - Client Success to join our team at BMO. As a Business Analyst - Client Success, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding client service and support to our clients in the Carbon Markets and Sustainability space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to clients in the Carbon Markets and Sustainability space
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client projects and initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client experience and efficiency
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, such as business analysis, client success, or sustainability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong knowledge of carbon markets and sustainability principles, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
