Job Description

Satonying Management Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines
  • Select trade subcontractors to ensure high-quality work
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Read blueprint, schemas, and drawings to ensure accuracy
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Develop risk management plans
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Prepare reports to stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in construction project management
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • AutoCAD, MS Office, and tablet computer skills
  • Hand tools experience
  • Project management certification
  • Basic security clearance
  • Criminal record check
  • Willingness to travel regularly
