Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Homejoy Development LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including bricklayers, tilesetters, glaziers, and painters.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work site is a safe environment for employees and visitors.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Lead and instruct individuals and teams to achieve project goals.
- 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
