Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, with a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as extended medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for performing all tasks related to accounts receivables and payables, communicating with dealers, updating monthly OEM marketing program changes on dealership websites, submitting tickets to Graphic Artists, Journalists, and Videographers, and acting as the Point-of-contact for all marketing-related activities.

  • Develop an annual advertising schedule for each assigned dealership, including Parts, Services, and Sales.
  • Plan and oversee all web SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain a social media presence.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Browse new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in Marketing, including:

  • 2 to 4 years of proven digital marketing experience in the retail environment; dealership preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in marketing or advertising or communications.
  • Proficiency in working with marketing platforms, social media sites, website analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written).
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution.
  • A desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • A proven commitment to quality of work.
